US Cellular Field: White Sox – Yankees

In one of the more exciting baseball games I’ve ever been to, the White Sox came from behind twice to beat the Yankees 9-6 in a nearly four hour game. Outside of all the home runs, the highlight of the game would have to be seeing the Yankees use four pitchers for four straight White Sox hitters in the fifth inning.

These are by far my two favorite batting stances. Kevin Youkilis is obviously a step above because it reminds me of Spike from the Looney Toons but Adam Dunn’s arrogant approach to the plate would be much cooler if he didn’t use AC/DC’s Highway to Hell.

Last night was Chicago Blackhawks Night at US Cellular field for the White Sox – Yankees game. The pregame consisted of a meet and greet with Blackhawks head coach and former players as well as a parade around the warning track. We missed the meet and greet but we made the parade.
