Last night we headed out to the Map Room to celebrate my 30th Birthday with a wide selection of beer and cupcakes.  If I recall correctly I had the following:

The Racer 5 was my favorite of the night and the Southern Tier was no joke. Thanks for everyone who came out.

Last night we headed over to Jack’s Bar and Grill for Bedford’s birthday and we somehow ended up at Jesse’s (Wriglyeville North) for pitchers of beer and both kinds of music:  Country and Western.

* Side Notes:
1. Bedford’s ability to balance beer on his head is impressive.
2. Bedford get’s his sport coats from the same place my dad does: 1983
3. The text from the Clinton letter from above reads as follows:

THE WHITE HOUSE
WASHINGTON
January 30th, 2010

Warm Greetings to my friends at Southport.  After missing WASSAIL 2009 I swore I wouldn’t miss the celebration of Bedford Lydon’s 40th birthday.  But Hillary dragged my ass to Haiti and I he some noble work to do here.  But BEdford… please know that my best wishes are with you as I never thought that fat, bald and forty is the new sexy.  You make it work and it is great for balancing beers on your head.  And go ahead and take off that shirt for you may repulse all the females in attendance but Sue will always love your hairy Buddha belly button.

Give Frank the Tank my best.  WE partied at the ‘Big Pale Adobe’ in DC after a formal gig.  I love the Tank and all you cute single women should love the Tank also.  I couldn’t tear Monica or Chelsea away from him.  He’s tall dark and handsome and hung… all pictures in the Millard Fillmore Wing.

Happy Birthday Bedford and God Bless Frank the Tank.

Julie's 30!

We celebrated Julie’s 30th birthday at Lincoln Square Lanes last night with great success.  We managed to get about 20 people to bowl at least 2 games which was a feat considering the small space that is Lincoln Square Lanes.  I probably had the worst night of bowling in my life but I blame it on my ‘Bowlers Thumb‘.

If you’re wondering about how I made the awesome cake, I didn’t.  Tracie baked and iced the cake and I ordered a ‘cake cling’ from Gogo Cake.

Needless to say a good time was had by all.

Last night Julie and I walked over to Cody’s for Ted’s birthday party. There were many PBR’s, High Lifes, and Schiltz consumed by the masses.

Last night Julie and I went to Redmond’s on Sheffield to celebrate Nick Chodorow’s Birthday.   As you can see in the photograph below I found some good stuff on the walk home.  Of course I got to talk about the Red Wing’s stanley cup win in length with Mike.

Many gathered at Char Bar this past Friday night to celebrate Mo’s birthday. As you can see by the photographs Mo (along with everyone else) had a grand ol’ time.
In summary: Mo showed her Irish Side.
