After 6 home games Ohio State<\/a> is replacing its’ field for the second time this season.\u00a0 It was originally replaced<\/a> on September 26th after Ohio State’s 28-6 win over Penn State<\/a> in the third home game of the season.\u00a0 Now three games later the turf is being replaced again<\/a>.\u00a0 Here are my questions:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 How can a ‘Land Grant University<\/a>‘,\u00a0 with a degree program in Field Turf<\/a> not have the agricutural skill to create a football field that will last 7 games?<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 How can the same field need to be replaced twice in one season?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I just don’t get.\u00a0 There must be a professor of Field Turf Management who knows how to plant some grass.\u00a0 I don’t understand how 50 years ago they didn’t change the turf on a football field all year, yet they ran the ball probably 30% more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
