Their trip, which covered more groud during than I have in nearly 8 months, included three of the five <a title=\"Wikipedia:  Five Boroughs of New York.\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/New_York_City#Boroughs\">Boroughs of New York City<\/a>.  While not working, Julie and I had dinner with them at <a title=\"Heartland Brewery.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.heartlandbrewery.com\/\">Heartland Brewery <\/a>at the <a title=\"Empire State Building.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.esbnyc.com\">Empire State Building<\/a> and <a title=\"Dee's\" href=\"http:\/\/www.deesnyc.com\/\">Dee&#8217;s<\/a> in Queens (which just so happens to be my favorite Italian place ever).<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Nick and Shelia Cook at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.\" class=\"imagelink\" href=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/img_0011.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Nick and Shelia Cook at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.\" id=\"image1611\" src=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/img_0011.thumbnail.jpg\" \/><\/a><a title=\"Rockefeller Center.\" class=\"imagelink\" href=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/img_0005.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Rockefeller Center.\" id=\"image1610\" src=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/img_0005.thumbnail.jpg\" \/><\/a><a title=\"Julie Rubinstein and Nik Bronder at Rockefeller Center.\" class=\"imagelink\" href=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/img_0003.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Julie Rubinstein and Nik Bronder at Rockefeller Center.\" id=\"image1609\" src=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/12\/img_0003.thumbnail.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Cook&#8217;s took the form of travel favored in the 19th Century&#8230;  the <a title=\"Amtrak\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amtrak.com\">Rails<\/a>.  Granted they didn&#8217;t excatly travel like a <a title=\"Black Hand Productions:  NYC:  Epic Journey.\" href=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/?p=1054\">commoner<\/a> in their upgraded &#8216;<a title=\"Amtrak:  Sleeper Car.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amtrak.com\/servlet\/ContentServer?cid=1080080554021&#038;pagename=Amtrak%2Fam2Copy%2FAccommodations_Page&#038;c=am2Copy\">Sleeper Car<\/a>&#8216;.
