{"id":2805,"date":"2008-02-09T15:30:58","date_gmt":"2008-02-09T20:30:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/?p=2793"},"modified":"2008-02-09T15:30:58","modified_gmt":"2008-02-09T20:30:58","slug":"ice-hockey-at-warren-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/?p=2805","title":{"rendered":"Ice Hockey at Warren Park"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/img_0207.jpg\" title=\"Ice Hockey at Warren Park.\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/img_0207.jpg\" alt=\"Ice Hockey at Warren Park.\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After a couple weeks of organizing, about 20 &#8216;avid&#8217; skaters faced the weather and played an outdoor game of ice hockey at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicagoparkdistrict.com\/index.cfm\/fuseaction\/parks.detail\/object_id\/EC64F044-6E02-4908-8FE2-27051BC8F74E.cfm\" title=\"Chicago Parks:  Warren Park.\">Warren Park<\/a> in the freezing rain.  We only had one goalie but managed to put together two complete teams and play a relatively competitive game.<\/p>\n<p>After the game several players made it to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.finleydunnes.com\/\" title=\"Finley Dunnes Tavern.\">Finely Dunnes<\/a> for drinks and tales of glory.  There was a good showing and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsn.ca\/nhl_network\/\" title=\"NHL Network.\">NHL Network<\/a> was on the big screen.
