Last night Julie and I headed to Solider Field for the U2’s 360. \u00a0The ‘show’ was pretty amazing. \u00a0The stage and the crazy lighting\/screen system was unbelievable. \u00a0At certain points during the show I got the feeling that the whole stadium was spinning instead of the screen.<\/p>\n

Bono’s voice\/singing wasn’t really there. \u00a0Not sure what it was but it seemed like it was half effort.<\/p>\n

Side Note:<\/p>\n

*\u00a0Getting out of Solider Field after a show is a complete nightmare. \u00a0I can’t possibly express how futile it was. \u00a0Not sure what the expect next Sunday.<\/p>\n

**\u00a0I’ve hit the point in my life where I need a seat for a concert if there’s more than 6,000 people in the venue. \u00a0Standing in General Admission isn’t for me any more.<\/p>\n

***\u00a0It is not socially acceptable to call your friend (or you entire address book) during a concert and hold your phone up. \u00a0There are so many things wrong with this I don’t know where to being:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The person you are calling can’t hear shit.<\/li>\n
  2. Odds are you’re call isn’t getting through since you’re surrounded by 60,000 other people.<\/li>\n
  3. If it does get through your friend doesn’t want 7 voicemail’s of your U2 experience, if they did they’d be at the show.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
