It came out better than any of <a title=\"Beer Can Chicken (2nd Attempt).\" href=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/?p=3652\">my attempts<\/a> on the grill. \u00a0The skin around the inside of the legs and the thighs could have been a bit more crispy but the breasts and wings were perfect. \u00a0Now on to what matters.<\/p>\n<p>The Carving:<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"IMG_0244.JPG by bronder, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/bronder\/4257147118\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4007\/4257147118_7e29bcba6c.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0244.JPG\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After <a title=\"Thanksgiving 2009.\" href=\"http:\/\/blackhandproductions.com\/?p=3995\">Thanksgiving<\/a> I decided I have reached the point in my life where I need to acquire the skill to properly carve a bird. \u00a0Up until this point I have cooked three turkeys and maybe three chickens. \u00a0Not one of those was properly carved.
