A lot of things with the Bush Administration  \t  lately aren&#8217;t based on solid intelligence.Here&#8217;s Powell&#8217;s statement to the UN in February of 2003:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Every statement I make today is backed up by sources,  \t solid sources. These are not assertions.
