The tide has shifted.<\/p>\n

Today I spent more money on gas than ever before. After mounting a successful defense against $2.00\/Gallon gas prices for the better part of 2 weeks I succumb to the powers that be: I paid a mere $2.13\/Gallon.<\/p>\n

Gas prices have increased more than 40% since 2000 according to the AAA’s Daily Fuel Gauge Report. I still believe it’s evil to be paying more than $150\/Gallon let alone $2.00. The best thing about this is how gas prices still seem to magically raise on Thursday evening and they don’t come down until Monday evening. I suppose if I didn’t take part in Don’t Buy Gas Day I wouldn’t have had to pay as much on Friday when the prices go up because of the ‘Market’.<\/p>\n
