\nFor the Window’s users out there: Mozzila.org<\/a> has released their Free<\/strong> & Secure<\/strong> web browser: FireFox 1.0<\/a>, which can be downloaded here<\/a>. FireFox 1.0 provides a safe alternative to Microsoft’s Internet Explorer<\/a>. FireFox 1.0 includes many features yet to show up in IE 6.0 such as:<\/p>\n

  • Pop-up Blocker<\/li>\n
  • Web Standards (lets you view webpages the way they should be viewed)<\/li>\n
  • Tabbed Browsing (Allows you to open several webpages within one window)<\/li>\n
  • Privacy & Security (Keeps malicious spyware out of your PC)<\/li>\n
  • Built-in Google Search<\/li>\n

    In my humble opionion IE is the Maginot Line<\/em><\/a> of the Window’s<\/a> Operating System. Mircosoft has pumped a shitload of money into it and they keep saying it’s safe and secure but you know at any minute the Germans are going to go around it. I highly recommend you install FireFox 1.0 and begin using it instead of Microsoft’s<\/a> IE 6.0; the U.S. Government even thinks it’s a good idea<\/a>.
