Apparently a hunting        party came upon their tree stand to find a rogue hunter not willing to give        up the spot without a fight. The man in the stand began shooting at the        party eventually killing 5 and wounding three more:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Bill Wagner, 72, of Oshkosh told reporters &#8220;When you&#8217;re hunting you don&#8217;t expect somebody to try to shoot you and murder you. You have no idea who is coming up to you. We&#8217;re all old, dyed-in-wool hunters we wouldn&#8217;t go home because of this but we will keep it in our minds.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The lesson here is to never sit in another man&#8217;s tree stand.
