This past Wednesday several coworkers & friends went to Claddagh’s as a kind of Holiday gathering. A more social gathering than all the lame Holiday work outings of the past week.
We managed to get Fred to sip an Irish Car Bomb which was a first. All things considered we had a good turnout and it was good to just get out.

Last night kyle and I went to the Newport to see Spoon for $5. It was a pretty good show, worth more than $5 by far. The opening band was OK GO which weren’t so good (maybe just OK). The best part of OK GO’s show was at the end they played their new single via the house system and the band broke out in synchronized dance. It was pretty funny.
Spoon sounded really good, there wasn’t much interaction with the crowd but they played threw most of their songs during the night. The lead singer for Spoon, Britt Daniel, did look a lot like a young Gary Busey.
