What’s a couple of screws? My favorite space agency is up to their old tricks again. Today it was reported that astronaut Joe Tanner dropped a bolt, spring and a washer into the great void that is space. Now the bolt and spring wasn’t a deal breaker but the washer? Come on Joe, what are you doing up there. Get it together.
In the typical NASA way, the agency hopes the ‘spare parts’ will crash into a comet or planet so they can measure stuff.

Well it’s offical, Pluto is no longer a planet thanks to the ‘Sceintists’. A group of men in white coats got together the other day and decided that we’ve been misled for the last 76 years. Pluto is now a ‘Dwarf Planet’.
Whatever.
Does that mean my favorite space agency will stop sending broken shit into space…
This was the lead photo on the New York Times web site this morning. I thought it was really amazing until I read the caption, then I was just fucking astonished:
A Dell notebook computer in Thomas Forqueran’s pickup truck caught fire in July, igniting ammunition in the glove box and then the gas tanks.
Ammo in the glove box you’ve got to be shittin’ me. I would never of thought Thomas Forqueran would ever have ammo in the glove box. What’s really odd is that Thomas had a dell laptop in the pickup truck. A quote from the article:

Yes indeed Mr. Forqueran, some one is going to die when you leave all that ammo in your glove box.
