Playboy Magazine has plans to continue their “Women of” series (ie. Women of Walmart & Women of Home Depot) with The Women of McDonalds. Playboy has begun looking for for some of the hottest Fry-Girl’s in the land for an upcoming November issue.

“Part of the appeal for us is that it’s a little unexpected with the brands that we are picking,” said John Thomas, editor-in-chief of Playboy.com. “Wal-Mart and Home Depot are brands that are associated with middle America and family values, so when Playboy comes out of left field and wants to do a feature with those brands, it catches people by surprise. The women in these series aren’t the CEOs, they are the women who are working the checkout lines or stocking boxes.”

Talk about a family Value Meal.

Mushroom Cloud + North Korea

Those silly North Korean’s. Don’t mind that Mushroom Cloud, it has nothing to do with our desire to acquire Nuclear Weapons. Satellite images from North Korea’s Yongjo-ri in Yanggang Province were reported to contain a mushroom cloud. North Korea as usual was silent for the better part of 24 hours before claiming the explosion was just the Destruction of mountain at the hands of Kim Jong-il.

Think about this for a minute: A mushroom cloud is seen via satellite over North Korea (a country who by all accounts probably has Nuclear Weapons) and North Korea says “Who Me?”, “We were just blowing up mountains.”
