First Pork Loin in 2 Years.

The GrillPork Loin.

Yesterday I decided to perform a test run with regards to grilling a pork loin.  Granted this was probably the first pork loin I’ve grilled in nearly two years I think it came out pretty well.  You can always do better but I think we had the right amount of Sweet Baby Ray’s, maybe the timing was off but all and all it was pretty damn good.

    It’s called indirect heat. You basically are cooking with the smoke and using the ‘drip pan’ which is filled with apple juice for extra flavor.

    My skills have grown over time young grasshopper.

    the pork looks delicious- have you tried montgomery inn bbq sauce? also very yummy.
    we will be in chicago tomorrow around 1-ish, and will have approx. 7 hours for good clean city fun.call me so we can coordinate to meet- we will be starting at the Art Institute of Chicago.     I’m all for pork lion and Sweet Baby Ray’s. But all I really wanted to say was that I hate the 10 Club and their IT department.
