The Vote for Change Tour will Conclude tonight with a grand finale in Washington DC. The show will be available at 6:30PM EST on the Sundance Channel, it will also be webcast on www.vfcfinale.com via RealNetworks, and broadcast on more than 35 radio stations nationwide in 20 states.
