Like many men before him, Nick Barbone is heading West. A trip to the VC & Char Bar was in order. As usual a good time was had by all at the Char Bar:
There was a fight.
While a guy was getting thrown out he said the following to the bartender: “Chuck you know me! My friend died here”.
Myles Tersnak made an appearance.
Myles Tersnak made a disappearance.
Southern Football was discussed.
At some point the question of the unspeakable was asked. Of course the majority of us never took part in such an act. As you will see in the photographs below some one has:
After arriving in Columbus I met up with The Baugman’s and we headed to Club 185 to meet up with some additional Heights alums. At one point some one suggested a place to go dancing and as most of you know Nik Bronder does not dance. So we headed to Tommy Keegan’s where there were a total of 3 other people in the bar besides us.
After Nick Baughman’s reign of terror the Brewery District will never be the same.
This past week Axl Rose nearly killed a school teacher in Roxbury, Conn. Three teenagers who also moonlight as school custodians took to the PA system for a little Welcome to the Jungle. Of course the kids had to work with old material because Chinese Democracy will never see the light of day. There was only one problem: a teacher who’s worst fear is Axl Rose was working late:
State police say the teacher at Booth Free School barricaded herself inside a classroom Wednesday when she mistook someone singing a Guns N’ Roses song over the public address system for a threat.
She was working after hours and thought no one else was in the building. Then she heard someone say over the loudspeaker that she was going to die.
Six troopers and three police dogs showed up and found three teenagers, one of them a custodian at the school, who had been playing with the public address system.
Police say one of them sang “Welcome to the Jungle” into the microphone. The song contains the lyrics “You’re in the jungle baby; you’re gonna die.”
I’m relativley sure that the teacher didn’t mistake anything. Every Guns N’ Roses song is a direct physical threat.
