Yesterday Rob & Erin and I traveled down to West Lafayette for the Ohio State – Purdue game. I got to check off another Big Ten stadium from my list. Ohio State ended up destroying Purdue 23-7 in what was a routine outing by the defense.
I’ve never been to Purdue so I can’t say this definitely but the town of West Lafayette just plainly smelled bad. I’m not sure if there was some kind of gas leak or not but the entire stadium smelled rank. We only sat in our seats for the first 5 minutes of the game because it was unbearable. Rob managed to score a field pass so we took turns watching the game from the Purdue sideline near the 10 yard line. Needless to say it was awesome.

I’m moving right along with my goal of visiting all the Big Ten Stadiums. West Lafayette was only a 2 hour drive from Chicago making it an easy trip especially for a night game.
Bronder, I equate you to a super secret Cold War spy. You somehow infiltrate the sidelines and blend in with the Ohio State faithful, yet if the truth about where your true college football heart really rests were to become exposed, your friend Brutus there and that large grouping of Ohio State players would have you imprisoned until it was safe, and then they would expell you, right back behind enemy lines.
Yes, something like that.
Long Live Trickle Down Economics!
I think I am just getting my windfall from the tax cut in 1983.
(I assume Nick means Ohio State players and Brutus Buckeye are all democrats and I am coming to your defense, Bronder).
Ohio State players are non partisan. They are considered patriots, fighitng for the good of the American spirit and the well being of the fall weekend warriors. Freedom is mine
What are they considered when they attempt to acquire prostitutes?
Mega-Patriots. Long live the true free market.
Testing out some new anit-spam comment stuff. We’ll see how this works.
Good work on the new spam blocker. I really like those kind of things because they tend to use odd, possibly made up words like “Ferglam” and “Narwal” and they blur the picture. I tend to leave the whole experience thinking I’m dumb and my eyes are bad.
That’s what I was going for. Spam blocking is really all about questioning one’s age and determining that you don’t have enough time left on this planet to deal with that kind of bullshit.
If we had enough time we’d all be reading the fine print of investment opportunities in Nigeria and checking out Asian girls.
More spam testing, looks like some intense math.
Now math? Why dont you just tell me you dont want me on here.
Actually, I did get it wrong because my screen is shrunk and I put the answer in the “website” space. The screen said “Answer the Challenge!” Sounded like Conan, Im scared.
And I messed up the name again. I quit, sorry.
